Yes, I’m getting another snow storm, which is a little disappointing. The weather has been in the 50s, so a nice lead up to Spring. Now we’re expected to get 9-12 inches in my area. It may be the heavy, wet kind, which often leads to downed lines, etc. This means, yet again, the potential for power failure and my inability to be online. So as I usually say, if I vanish, I’m fine, just without power, and I’ll be back soon.
In the meanwhile, people have asked for a photo of me or have expressed a curiosity about what I look like. Unfortunately, Sage Doyle is a pen name and I kind of wish to keep my identity obscured. That means I can’t reveal what I look like, sorry. If you saw my “Happy St. Patrick’s Day” post, you know I have dark brown hair and eyes. Other than that, here is a photo of my feet…and that’s the best I can do for now.
SAGE DOYLE’S FEET:
Take care and thanks for your readership, I’m not sure if I am able to emphasize enough how deeply I appreciate it!
Sage

The wind is blowing another storm in here as well. Take care, my friend….I hope you don’t lose power! Where is our beloved spring??
I figured you’d be getting it too, since your weather seems similar, just a little colder. So I hope you stay safe and warm as well. Is weather ever an excuse for you to miss work? Probably not, considering where you live and what you do lol
I’m usually the only one that will weather the storm and drive through anything to get there. I need to get over that!! I would love a snow day to drink coffee and write!!
Yeah, I don’t want to be a bad influence, but, I think you should do that ;)
I need more bad influences….lol. I need to take back some of the extra time I’ve put in on the weekends that I don’t get paid for!!
You don’t get paid for that??? Then you definitely need to take a snow day lol
I’m on salary….hmmm….go figure. I do it to myself though….they don’t ask me to go in, but it does make my life easier at the end of the day. I need to learn. (nice boots, btw!)
Well, I say snow day tomorrow, but then I am a bad influence, and thanks lol
Well, now I want it to snow harder so I can stay home. Blasphemy!!
In Miami this Feb and March has had a lot of 50′s days which has not been the case for decades. It has been refreshing for me because the June- Sept hot box is soon to come.
Yeah, 50s is nice–for you, a break from the heat; for me, a relief from the cold. I’m not fond of the cold, but I’m a New Englander, I deal lol
I understand your expressed desire for relative obscurity, though I am not completely the same… I’m pretty much WYSIWYG, since my face shot below is the only picture of me I have at all…. S’okay, I figured out long ago I wouldn’t be after winning any beauty contests…. I’m curious, though… Does this mean we won’t see you on the talk show circuit if one of your books hits the mainstream big time, like we all dream of in the back of our blogger minds? Just kidding… stay warm & dry….
Oops… My face shot ABOVE, not below…;-)
lol I figured it out, and you look like a really cool person btw!
lol yeah I don’t know about that. It seems that getting published is all about promotion and self promotion and publicity, etc. I just wish I could be the recluse. I like the idea of maybe being really successful as Sage Doyle, and yet walking around in real life without people knowing who I am. Kind of like Superman lol. It’s like the thrill of the secrecy, but I don’t know if it’s possible. So maybe I’ll be on the talk show circuit, kicking and screaming the entire way there.
You have big feet. I wear a woman’s 6 1/2. I have Dark Brown hair with a hint of red. I have hazel eyes, mostly green with a bit of brown. I would say they look like sliced green olives. ;)
lol very nice. I have a character in my wip that I describe as having the color of Spanish olives. And the size of a man’s feet, well…never mind.
I can say that I know for a fact the foot thing isn’t true.
Well, you’re right I’m sure, probably not true in all cases, but we shouldn’t generalize ;)
