What is this immensity which inflames my breath
like explosions of my existence
each bursts another death
and I must shout out
I do not instill the words within my body
they reside there
swollen as if I did not say them
Who has my tongue and has not heard it
who ached for my thought and I showed anger
why step upon the groundless surface
when there is only an illusion of freedom
and I must shout out
I did not ask for this
but I must expose it
it is not every pain I have ever known
"we have been misled" my other me says to myself
yet without choice or chance
I am abandoned, undecorated
and I cannot forget my deceiver
the one who did not see me in myself
it was my own responsibility
